Leadership Behaviour Questionnaire

Find out the answers to these questions by downloading the Leadership Behaviour questionnaire in Adobe PDF Format format, and then referring to the scoring scale.

Having completed the downloaded questionnaire, determine what you could work on - and therefore move closer to exemplary performance

Do this by scanning the gap between your “Current” leadership behaviour scores and your “Ideal” leadership behaviour scores. And then answer the following questions:

1. Where are the largest gaps, the biggest differences, between your “Current” scores and your “Ideal” scores?

2. Where do you think are the most critical Current/Ideal behaviour differences for you?

3. What are the negative consequences of these Current/Ideal behavioural differences—to you, to your team, to your functional area, and to your organisation?

4. What would be the potential positive impact - to you, to your team, to your functional area, and to your organisation - of closing the Current/Ideal gap with these critical leadership behaviours?
