Having completed the downloaded questionnaire,
determine what you could work on - and therefore move closer to exemplary
performance
Do this by scanning the gap between your Current leadership
behaviour scores and your Ideal leadership behaviour scores.
And then answer the following questions:
1. Where are the largest gaps, the biggest differences, between your
Current scores and your Ideal scores?
2. Where do you think are the most critical Current/Ideal behaviour differences
for you?
3. What are the negative consequences of these Current/Ideal behavioural
differencesto you, to your team, to your functional area, and to
your organisation?
4. What would be the potential positive impact - to you, to your team,
to your functional area, and to your organisation - of closing the Current/Ideal
gap with these critical leadership behaviours?
5. Is your organisation in a position to support your development by sponsoring
