The structured process generates concrete outcomes. These are realistic and relevant outcomes that people commit to achieving. The process generates “buy-in” in a very short time frame.
-
Action is stimulated on the things that really matter to the group and to the organization. People leave knowing that their time has been well used and that they have achieved something significant.
-
The process works equally well with people from any level in an organization. The meeting technology is a great “democratiser” and leveller because everyone participates in the same way. The process not only ensures that everyone has their say, it has them feeling valued too.
-
Partnerships will naturally develop. A “team mindset” naturally evolves as a consequence of the process—rather than being forced through artificial “bonding” exercises that take up valuable meeting time.
-
My approach to facilitation rapidly builds a commitment to planned actions that turn into completed actions. How? It integrates pre-meeting planning, meeting facilitation, digital meeting documentation and post-meeting debriefing to maintain momentum and energy from the meeting directly into immediate implementation.
-
My time is billed, pro rata. Planning and debriefing meetings, session design and development time, and group facilitation is invoiced at a daily rate. Loadings apply for half-day (or less) sessions and when an overnight stay or weekend commitment is needed.
