I think that it’s one of the most important parts of my job in my work with you. The Uniqueness Of My Approach

• Formally and informally, I’ve been studying people and personal growth for many years. I’ve been a student of human behaviour, my own included , for most of my life. I’ve learnt lots, and I keep learning about the latest developments in the field. Time and again I find myself using what I’ve personally learnt when I’m assisting others with their development. They appreciate the resources I share with them; it shortens their learning curve.

• I have a deep understanding of the recruitment industry and its practices from “both sides of the fence”. One of my first roles in organisational development, more than 20 years ago, was in executive recruitment. More recently I assisted Australia’s leading executive outplacement agency to refine its practices and to case manage their longest-term, most difficult-to-place clients with extreme success. My unique and invaluable experience and knowledge is available to support you to achieve your targeted outcomes.
