What happens in a Career/Outplacement Coaching Program

• We’ll tailor your Career/Outplacement Coaching program specifically for your needs and circumstances. You can be confident that your program will support you to reach your targeted outcomes. You can be assured of complete confidentiality. And we’ll work in a time efficient way that takes care of your particular logistical requirements.

• We’ll meet face-to-face for one hour, twice a month, normally in my office, for your regular coaching sessions. If regional differences make that difficult, we’ll find a way around them without impacting the effectiveness of your program. In addition, I’m always available for ad-hoc discussions and email as needed to work through urgent issues—and to help celebrate your successes!

• We’ll start with a discussion about your needs from your coaching program and we’ll determine exactly what results would make you exceedingly pleased that you’d made the decision to proceed.

• You’ll be provided with your own personalized Executive Coaching Resource Centre. Your customized, password protected web site will give you immediate and convenient 24x7 access, via the internet, to a valuable library of resource documents and materials that will support you on your coaching journey.

• Organisational sponsorship is required to support a monthly retainer for a minimum of four months and a one-off fee to cover time and costs involved in the initial diagnosis.
